Jim Stecher is the Principal at PMR Solutions, LLC.  He has served as a consultant or advisor for 25+ organizations related to project/program/portfolio management roadmaps and execution, ERP/CRP optimizations, process and system integrations, and Agile transitions.

 

Jim is a results-driven professional who had held full-time roles with well-respected organizations including Pfizer, Reuters, Rock-Tenn, and Gartner prior to starting PMR Solutions, LLC.  Accomplishments include establishing successful portfolio and project management practices in multiple organizations and managing transformation and innovation programs that yielded over $10 Million combined in ROI annually.
